1. You will be staked with a 50/50 profit and 50/50 rakeback sharing agreement with make up. Make up means that anytime you are down money during a profit sharing period, you have to make up your losses before you can profit. Make up can carry over into a new month when applicable. Make up may be paid back at any time. Players may earn raises based on good results. The profit cut increases based on sngprotege's approval, but the rakeback stays 50/50. A 1% raise will be given to anyone who displays the SNGProtege logo as their avatar. If the player plays on their own bankroll, the overall split begins at 45/55 in favor of the player.
2. Profit will be split on the last day of each month. For more information on this process, please read the forum thread on this topic.
3. You agree to complete a 10,000 game contract for 9, 18, 45, 180 mans or a 3,000 game contract for MTT+180s. You may not break this contract for any reason, however we reserve the right to terminate the contract at any point.
4. You agree to pay collateral up front, and we will supply you with a starting bankroll.

5. Rakeback will be split 50/50 according to the rate on FPP cash bonuses on PokerStars. This % depends on what VIP level you are. If your VIP status changes at any point during the contract, you must note on your spreadsheet the date and approximate game number when this change occurred. The current rates are: Bronze 5.5%, Silver 9.2%, Gold 13.2%, Platinum 17.8%, Supernova 30.8%. Rates are subject to change if PokerStars makes any changes. PokerStars players must pay sngprotege's share of the rakeback on the final day of their contract.
6. The bankroll may be replenished upon your request (within reason) at any time. Sngprotege reserves the right to move players up or down buy ins, limit the number of specific buy ins played per day or per set, mix buy ins when necessary, play less tables, play more tables, or structure poker sessions in any way that sngprotege deems more profitable for the player. It is expected that players will be flexible with these terms.
7. You agree not to cash out any funds other than secured profit after a profit split. You also agree to only play the designated games under the contract unless upon prior notification and approval.
8. You agree to be the only one on your account accessing videos and playing on your PokerStars account. There is no screen name, video library, or forum sharing whatsoever. Any video or password sharing is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
9. You agree to play a minimum of 10% of your total games per month. If you do not meet the game requirement multiple times, your contract is at risk for termination. For the first month, your prorated amount is TBD. This is based on a starting date of TBD.
10. You agree to refund all bankroll money given to you by sngprotege at the end of the contract, in the event that you quit, or in the event of termination.
11. You agree to random audit checks. You must supply sngprotege with a playing audit if requested.
12. You agree to not block your Sharkscope stats at any point during the contract.
13. You agree to actively update your results spreadsheet in the forum. Failure to consistently update your spreadsheet may result in termination.
14. In the case of any future poker legislation that prevents you from playing online poker, your contract is deemed completed.
15. When your contract is complete, you must pay a final profit split and the rakeback split. At this time, you will receive your collateral back assuming your contract ends in good standing. Collateral is returned to those students who complete their contract fully and have no unpaid make up or any owed money.
16. When your contract is complete, you will have the opportunity to have an extension if you qualify. Monthly memberships to keep access to the forum and video library will be available as well.
17. If you breach this contract in any form, quit, or are terminated, you forfeit 50% of your share of the profit (all profit, even if secured at a previous profit split). In addition, you will owe 50% of the rakeback earned and you must return all bankroll money given to you by sngprotege and you forfeit your collateral. You will also be permanently banned from the website.
18. Sngprotege will offer at least three coaching sessions per month of at least one hour in length. Sngprotege will also offer full access to the video library and the forum.
19. Any side bonuses like BOP, reloads are yours to keep.
